Crab Dip


3# crab meat (claw or special)
3 blocks cream cheese (softened)
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
3 tbsp. texas pete
½ cup pureed jalapeno
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup. grated parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. old bay
2 tbsp. kosher salt
2 onion, pureed

Method of prep:

Soften the cream cheese for about an hour. In a mixer, mix everything thoroughly except the crab. Once all ingredients are mixed, slowly mix in the crab meat- careful not to break up the crabmeat to the point that it looks as if it’s not there.
